Julie was everything we could have hoped for in a realtor. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time with homes that wouldn’t fit. She was always responsive to our calls and available to show homes at short notice--the market was hot and it was important to move quickly. Her expertise in the complexities of purchasing a home on leased land was invaluable....we truly could not have managed the purchase without her knowledge and willingness to persevere when the going was challenging. Julie's experience and professionalism were reassuring throughout the process which made it less stressful for us. We ended up finding the perfect house and had fun along the way. I would recommend her 100%!

Julie took professional photos when the yard looked amazing and, remarkably, sold my house in just a couple of days during the winter months.
